Rooting HTC Explorer A310E


If you are one of those users who wish
to root their HTC Explorer to get access
to a whole new world of Root Apps and
custom ROMs, then here’s something
useful for you. Following is the guide
explaining how you can root your HTC
Explorer phone as well as how you can
flash a custom recovery on it. Follow
each step carefully and you will be on
the way to get a richer experience on
your phone.
I. Before You Begin:
1. You must have unlocked bootloader
of your phone. You can do so by visiting
the HTC website( www.htcdev.com)
2. You must have HTC Sync installed on
your PC. You can get it from here
3. Make sure your phone has at least
60% of battery life left so it can last
through the entire process.
II. Downloading Required Files:
1. Download the Recovery Image from here
 2. Download the Superuser ZIP file
from here
III. Installing Custom Recovery on
HTC Explorer:
1. Download and place all the files listed
above onto your Desktop.
2. Extract files from the Recovery Image
archive to your Desktop.
3. Turn OFF your smartphone.
4. Reboot your phone into the
bootloader mode by pressing and
holding Volume DOWN+Power
buttons simultaneously.
5. Choose fastboot option from the
bootloader menu.
6. Connect your phone to your PC using
the USB cable.
7. Double-click the recovery.bat file to
commence the flashing process.
8. When the custom recovery has
successfully been installed on your
phone, disconnect it from the PC.
9. Reboot your phone.
The custom recovery has now
successfully been flashed on your
phone. Now, head on to the following
procedure to root your phone.
IV. Rooting HTC Explorer
smartphone:
1. Connect your phone to your PC using
the USB cable.
2. Copy the Superuser ZIP archive to
your phone’s SD card storage root
folder. It is the topmost folder.
3. Disconnect your phone from the PC
after the file transfer has been
completed.
4. Reboot your phone into the
bootloader mode. Press and hold
Volume DOWN+Power buttons together
and you will enter bootloader mode.
5. Choose Recovery option from the
bootloader mode.
6. From the recovery menu, choose
install .zip from sd and then select the
Superuser ZIP file.
7. After it has finished installing the file,
reboot your phone.
Congratulations ! You have done
installing custom recovery on your
phone and rooting it. From now on, you
can enjoy the root-only apps on your
HTC Explorer.

Rooting Samsung Galaxy Pocket S5300


Recently released Galaxy Pocket S5300 has captured the hands of many android newbies. Its various features have helped its market radically. 
Rooting of this device is possible.  Its an easy procedure which can be done with the help of this things -


  • Computer with internet connection
  • USB Cable

Why should you Root your Galaxy Pocket? 
Rooting gives you the permission edit the system files of your phone. This can be helpful during times when you need to install applications which need a Rooted Phone. There are many famous Apps like Chainfire3D, Titanium Backup and Apps2SD. Moreover you will be able to install new ROMs on your phone. These improve the functioning of your phone or give you a better UI.

Tutorial -

1. Download this file from here
DOWNLOAD
 
2. Transfer this file directly in the SD card (Don't put it in any folder)
3. Enable USB Debugging by following this – Settings > Applications > Development > USB Debugging
4. Switch Off the phone
5. Now Switch it on by pressing this key combination - Volume Up + Center Button + Power Key together for 5 seconds. This opens the phone in Recovery Mode

(While doing this, make sure that you press the Power key at last.)
(Once you enter this you can use Volume Up and Volume Down to scroll and Center Key to select.
6. Select the second option 'install zip from SD card' and then select 'choose zip from SD card'.
7. Then select 'Rooting_Galaxy_Pocket.zip
8. Once it says 'Install from SD card complete' you can select the option 'Reboot system now'

Now once the phone starts completely then open the Menu and search for the App 'Superuser'. If you find it there, you have successfully rooted your phone. If not then, redo the entire procedure again neatly.

Rooting Samsung Galaxy Y (easiest method)

However as this Samsung Galaxy Y
S5360 was at low cost it has got some
less features as well as low optimization
on Operating System all in order to come
to its low price. In order to remove the
limited functionality of this device the
rooting of the Smartphone is necessary.
Rooting process is known to be quite risky
but yes if followed properly you will be
completely safe. Rooting is very
compulsory step required for low end
Smartphones. So let’s get started. But
remember to completely charge your
device before starting the ROOT method..
Steps Required in Rooting
your Samsung Galaxy Y
S5360
1. Download the Required Root
Package HERE
2.No Extraction is required. Copy the Zip
file to the root of the SD card and
remember not to paste in any folder as it
would cause an interruption.
3. Switch off your Smartphone ,and open the back cover to take out the battery, again insert the battery.
4. Keep pressing The Volume Up Key,
Home key and Power Button to enter
the recovery mode.
5. Now, as you are in the recovery mode
only Volume up and down would work to
select the file. So use those  buttons and
select Update.zip .
6. The rooting will start taking place after
you have selected on Update.zip. It
would usually take about 3-5 mins
9. After rooting the device will automatically
restart and then normal booting will take
place. The rooting of your Phone is now
done!
